Special packaging can help to minimize the complexity and inconvenience of using multiple prescription bottles from multiple pharmacies. Each option is clearly labeled with the person’s name, date and time to take as well as medication content and description.

Our staff will provide your community, each month or as often as needed, Medication Administration Records (MARS) or Medication Observation Records (MORS) to document when your residents take their medication. These records can be obtained electronically or printed and are available through our customized web portal.
PlusCare offers a consultant pharmacists to conduct monthly medication reviews as required by federal law. Essential for those taking multiple medications prescribed by various doctors who may not communicate with each other. This review accesses appropriateness and efficacy of drug therapies and often identifies equally effective but less expensive pharmaceutical care alternatives.
